Terms of Service
Last updated 10 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Attendify Vision. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of the organisation you represent.
Who you are contracting with
Attendify Vision is operated by Attendify Vision Technology Solutions L.L.C – S.P.C ("Attendify Vision", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates under commercial licence CN-6081654 issued by the Abu Dhabi Registration Authority (ADRA). The same company operates collectflows.com.
References to "we", "us" and "our" in these terms mean that company.
The service
Attendify Vision provides workforce attendance software: a mobile application for workers, a web dashboard for administrators, and supporting infrastructure. We provide it on a subscription basis and may improve or modify it over time, without materially reducing the functionality you are paying for during a paid term.
Subscriptions and billing
The Starter and Growth plans are self-service and billed per active worker, per month, in US dollars, through Stripe, with the minimum shown on the pricing page. A new workspace begins with a 7-day free trial that does not require a payment method. To keep the workspace active after the trial, a payment method is added and the subscription begins; if none is added, access to the workspace is suspended until one is, and the stored data is retained. The Enterprise plan, annual terms and any negotiated variation are agreed directly with us.
A subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled from the billing portal in the dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. The 7-day free trial is the opportunity to evaluate the service before paying: once a paid period has been charged, that charge is final and non-refundable, including for a period cancelled partway through. This does not affect a correction owed for our own billing error (for example, a duplicate charge or an incorrect worker count caused by a defect on our side).
Your responsibilities
You are the controller of the workforce data you put into the service. That carries obligations we cannot discharge for you.
- Ensure you have a lawful basis for recording attendance, location and — where enabled — biometric data about your workers.
- Give your workers the notices their jurisdiction requires, and obtain valid consent where consent is the basis you rely on.
- Provide a reasonable non-biometric alternative for workers who decline face matching, and a review path for those repeatedly rejected.
- Keep administrator credentials secure and promptly revoke access for people who leave.
- Use the service only for legitimate workforce administration, and not for covert monitoring, profiling, or any purpose your workers have not been told about.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to circumvent the verification controls, probe or attack the infrastructure, resell access without agreement, or use the service to process biometric data about people who are not your own workforce.
Availability
No standard uptime SLA or named support commitment is currently published as an available offer. Confirm availability and support arrangements for the proposed deployment. Optional biometrics, kiosk identification and the assistant require separate enablement and readiness checks.
Data and export
The product includes attendance export functions subject to account access and permissions. Agree the export, return and deletion process before cancellation; a guaranteed post-cancellation self-service export window is not currently established.
Limitation of liability
The service produces evidence to support your payroll and compliance decisions; it does not make those decisions for you, and no verification technology is infallible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to account administrators in advance of taking effect.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement, and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with it, is governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
The courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement, save that we may bring proceedings for unpaid fees in any court of competent jurisdiction where the customer is established.
